What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you already have a PayPal account set up to debit your checking or savings accounts, then you can pay electronically from your bank account.

Yes, we use Mal's e-commerce (for the shopping cart) and PayPal which are both protected by 128-bit encryption using SSL.

When will my order ship?

Once payment has been received, in-stock items ship within 3-4 business days. Please contact us for an estimated ship date on custom orders.

Where do you ship?

United States and Canada.

What are your Shipping Fees?

Orders up to $200 are $5 per order, $201 - $499 are $10 and orders over $500 ar $15. This formula lets you combine several pieces without incurring additional shipping costs, when shipped to the same address.

Do you offer Shipping Insurance?

Yes, but it is an additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship to the US and Canada.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge 8.25% sales tax on orders for Texas residents.

Our Return Policy

Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling) provided they are returned within ten business days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. We recommend returns are insured with a delivery confirmation. No returns will be accepted after two weeks. We do not accept returns on special orders. Can you make an item similar to one that is already sold?

All of our Kiln Formed Glass pieces are hand crafted and are one of a kind. For jewelry pieces, a few similar looking pieces may be available, but even those will vary in their pattern and color. The shopping cart will indicate whether other items of the same type are available. Examples include some functional pieces such as coasters or bowls, some jewelry findings such as chokers and some kinds of pendants. If you are interested in a jewelry piece that may have been sold, please send us an to check on our stock and availability.
